As someone who was new to dog ownership I wanted to make sure I had a good fit with my dog breed and get my puppy started on the right foot with a quality trainer. Julie taught us how to work with him in a way that built his confidence and helped him feel more secure. She gave us practical tools and techniques each week that made a huge difference. Now, Franklin is a much more confident and happy dog, and we feel much more capable to help him.
