Stephen was superb to work with for our TWO DOGS. We have a Bernese Mtn Dog and A Labrador Retriever. Not small dogs, and very patient and very good with both of them. He spent quality time with me and my dogs and taught them how to be amazing service dogs. First we spent time in my home outside and then we spent time in the mall. We walked around the mall for hours to learn the ropes. My dogs are officially trained and have the cards and credentials that helped me get them for the purposes of my medical needs.Stephen navigateed the whole process through card procurement and had them delivered to my home! And, I looked up my dogs on the Service website by their ID number and found them officially listed~ I am able to now book these "large-ish" dogs on a commercial carrier with me to sit aboard the plane (in bulkhead) and not below the plane in steerage! I am grateful. I believe Stephen can tackle any dog training situation!! He's reliable, trust worthy and sharp!

We have been very satisfied with our training with Stephen! We caught signs of food aggressive in our 5 month old puppy very early on and wanted to ensure it didn’t get worse. Stephen was able to help train us to break our puppy of it completely as well as work with him on leash training and other tricks. Our puppy is very smart and food motivated so it has made the training very seamless. We have enjoyed the availability of Stephen and the ease of scheduling and rescheduling. He brings his dog with him for training sessions, which has been very positive experience as well. We would certainly utilize him again and refer him to others, especially if you need management/guidance for behavioral issues of your animal. Stephen really loves animals and he is able to train our puppy without raising his voice or any negative punishments towards our dog. He really understands how dogs respond… and our boy, Cowboy, is very sensitive during training sessions.
