What training methods do you use?
I use LIMA style dog training, also known as Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive, it’s a training approach that focuses on using the least amount of force, punishment, or coercion necessary to teach a dog a desired behavior. It is based on the principles of positive reinforcement and operant conditioning.

We were so blessed to find K954 and Niketa to train our eight month old Rottweiler Rhea! We were very reluctant to leave Rhea for a month with her board and train program, but it was so worth it even though we missed her greatly! Niketa was great with keeping in contact with us on a daily basis with photos, videos, and text which really helped us understand everything that was happening. She took the time to understand Rhea’s behavior and insecurities, and also to bond with her before she began any training. She perfected the basic training, did advanced obedience training, off leash training, and socialization with other animals and people. She not only trained Rhea but also helped us to understand Rhea and how to proceed moving forward. Niketa was phenomenal and I would highly recommend her and K954 to any pet owner.

Niketa really helped my Chi-Chi with her predatory tendencies, she always pulled and lunged towards squirrels or other small animals. She’s extremely patient with both me and my girl. Now our walks are much more laid back, thank you K954!

Niketa helped me with both basic obedience a few years back and now service animal training and I am so grateful for all she has helped me and my dog, Boo, accomplish. The way she focuses on positive reinforcement, confidence building, and effective communication has made the training process seamless. She trains the dogs and owners both to rely on their relationship and communication. She gets into the nitty gritty details with you and finds ways that work for both your and your dogs' lifestyle to help create a sustainable bond between you and your pup.
