Lucy has always been the sweetest girl but she enjoyed barking at squirrels, dogs and people, jumping to greet friends, running out the door and not coming back when called, and taking her family for walks. When our family expanded with another dog and a baby, her behaviors started to make us bonkers. We contacted Dan at PRT and signed Lucy up for the 2 week program and we are so glad that we did! Walking Lucy is a delightful, relaxing way to spend time with her now. We have construction going on at home and she has been quiet instead of barking and throwing herself at the window. Our baby can nap and we can work from home without awkward phone calls and meetings. Lucy comes most of the time when called and now we know what to do to correct her unwanted behaviors. We loved Lucy to pieces before but now we can enjoy our beautiful, loving, family dog even more! Thanks Dan and everyone at PRT! From my first call with Dan, I appreciated his authenticity. He did not try to sell me on the program but instead explained his program options, and he told me to do my research and call him if I were still interested. I did call (the next day), and my dog Doc had an AMAZING two weeks. Doc has pretty severe anxiety, and there is a noticeable difference in her behavior after just two weeks. Dan and his team worked with Doc everyday and helped Doc and I achieve our training objectives. I greatly appreciated the videos and pictures of her that they sent throughout the week. Dan went above and beyond, helping me to find a new dog food that she loves (which is incredible as Doc is a verryyyy picky eater). He made himself available for questions and checked in everyday.
