He also gives best case scenario with worst case scenario and gives realistic expectations and time to improve. My dogs have gone from pulling at the leashes to go after everything, to looking to me when they see something they'd normally chase. Complete 180 change in them thanks to 8 of his trainings.
K9 Ops took great care of our retired Police K9, Denver while we were on vacation. We had daily interactions and photo sharing to ensure Denver was happy.
