Max - Shih Tzu mix, five-year-old Max had been a cute, playful, and amiable dog until 2.5 years of his life, and then suddenly, he changed into an extremely reactive and aggressive fellow. He has been prescribed a form of Prozac/Melatonin to be calm and in control, but no changes were observed in him regarding aggression, except he became a bit lazy. November 2020, Max was sent for onboard training at K9Kompanion Training at Stow, MA, for four weeks. He’s back home now for about two weeks, and he’s brand new, very well behaved, non-reactive, and easy to manage. Now, we take him along with us to the city and other public places, and it’s such a treat not leaving him behind. No more embarrassing situations anymore; he used to growl at every little distraction on the way while walking. Tiffany, I cannot thank you enough for taking him in and teaching our Max to live a structured life with his family :-)
