K9 Instincts

K9 Instincts was fantastic we give 5 stars From the very beginning, they listened and learned everything they could from us about the dogs and how we had been handling their behaviors. They never criticized us instead they gave us useful information and taught us how to be better Work with our dogs. Davi and Rex Spent three weeks with Brittany and the other trainers at K9 Instincts and as hard as it was to leave them there, knowing that we was doing the right thing for our dogs and for us made it easier. I was never as happy as I was the day we went to go pick them up. Having them both back home is wonderful, I’m now able to take them for walks without fear being pulled down the road because they decide they wanna chase a squirrel lol. And also the knowledge to continue and reinforce the training that the dogs and we all needed.

Five stars simply aren't enough! I want to give a huge shout-out to K9 Instincts. When we first adopted Kilo, he was a nervous pup afraid of loud noises, unsure around other dogs, and even hesitant around people. We knew early on that we needed help during his critical puppy phase. From the start, K9 Instincts impressed us. During our initial consultation, they carefully observed Kilo, listened to all our concerns, and created a customized training plan just for him. It wasn’t easy being apart while he was away for training and boarding, but we knew it was the right move for his development and we were right. Not only did K9 Instincts help Kilo make amazing progress, but they also took extra time during pickup to guide us as owners. That support made all the difference. Now that Kilo is home, the changes are incredible. He’s more confident, calm, and engaged. We even took him to the beach recently..he swam, played, and happily interacted with other dogs! Seeing him thrive like this is such a gift. We can’t thank K9 Instincts enough for the care, dedication, and results they delivered. If you're looking for professional, compassionate, and effective dog training, I highly recommend them! 🐾

Finn is a much happier and less anxious dog now that he knows where to focus and what to expect. Thanks for training him,and us, last year. So happy to have a place for him to go and be understood and cared for when we need a spot for him. Love the energy and time you take with customers and make them feel heard. The fact that he comes home clean after a stay is amazing! We of course will be back and would recommend you guys for anyone who wants some help with training and understanding your dog better. We had great experience with K9 Instincts from start to finish. We enrolled our 200 lb English Mastiff in the training and boarding programs to work on his leash manners and general house behavior. He’s a sweet boy - massive, happy and occasionally stubborn. A lap dog trapped in a gigantic body. We were a little concerned the E collar raining would change his easy going personality but he came home happy, healthy and easier to handle. Brittany and Emily did an excellent job of explaining the training and answering our questions. I no longer fear the collar nor does our boy react negatively to wearing it. In fact it seems to put him in “working/attentive mode”. We feel like a team. As most ppl know, dog training is about 20% dog training and 80% educating the dog handlers. We all learned how to have better leash skills and boundaries so everyone- including our 200 lb slobber machine- can be happy members of our family and community. K9 Instincts is exactly the right fit of professional, educated training balanced with a loving, social approach. We whole hearted recommend K9 Instincts. It was a thoroughly positive experience.
