We brought our dog here who needed help with paying attention in busy environments, resource guarding, and excitability around people. The trainers at K9 Fluent were fantastic. We could tell they treated our pup with lots of love and care, and extended that same courtesy to us. Our dog has transformed in front of us and she’s so well behaved. K9 Fluent also trained us to train her, providing us with the same techniques, commands, and tools that they use in their facility. We are super impressed!!

I have been taking a class here with my pup to learn how to compete in confirmation shows. At first, it doesn't look like much and you enter to stairs going down but once you're there it is a bright, open, clean smelling and looking facility. All the staff I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful. Both my dog and I have been learning a lot. I would recommend the classes for sure and I would use their other services personally based on my experiences so far.

Great staff with very patient personalities! They know their stuff when it comes to obedience/service dog training! They're also a very understanding local small business. I severely broke my right foot in August & was unable to drive a car to get my dog to his training sessions. They suspended all monthly fees for his continued training until I was able to come back. I was able to FINALLY drive him to his class this past Saturday; roughly 6 months after initial injury. Wow! Talk about a great business! If u want behavior modification, K9 Fluent works with your dog! They have puppy classes, obedience training, as well as agility & service dog training, too! My dog may be little, but he's trained in obedience & aals a service dog! I have a heart condition requiring medication & close monitoring. He's trained to do things like being able to smell the change in my body chemistry if i forget to take my medicine & pick up my arrhythmia when it happens & alert someone! Like I stated in the beginning, K9 Fluent knows their stuff!! BRAVO!

I Really Wanted This to Work - First of all let me say that I think K9 Fluent Dog Training has a great facility. The facility is clean and the trainers seemed well skilled. I was VERY impressed when I first visited. However, getting started was "bumpy" to say the least. First of all, they wrote down the wrong email address for me so after a week of waiting to hear something back, I called them to follow-up. Then I needed a different payment plan other than the $250 deposit and hefty two-part payment they offered. I was really interested in getting my pup started right away, so I asked if I could break the payment up into 3 parts rather than 2 parts. Not 5, 6 or 7 parts...just 3! One extra payment option. In response, I was contacted by the business manager. I thought I was in trouble or that I violated some cardinal rule by suggesting such a thing. Like the Charles Dickens character...Oliver Twist...I must have made a asked a horrible request by asking that I be allowed ONE "more" payment option Yikes! It was suggested that I utilize their financing option which I did not wish to do. I wanted to pay outright. Anyway, it all seemed awkward, complicated and I no longer felt like I was dealing with a human being who cared to even understand the hard times so many of us are facing right now. I mean gheesh, look at the price of groceries! So, I searched and found a wonderful option to a training program willing to offer me 4 full weeks of training for a few hundred dollars more. More importantly, the owner is willing to work with me by allowing me to split my payments in 3. Can you just imagine that, someone considerate enough to work with me. K9 Fluent may indeed have an amazing program but they have a horrible business model when it comes to meeting the needs of their clients.
