K9 Coaching Academy

Absolutely great training facility! They offer so much more. Of course they have the basic puppy classes and advanced classes as well as different obedience classes. But they also offer fun classes! There is Rodeo Dog, Rally, trick classes, physical fitness, and therapy dog training to name a few! They also offer birthday party rental. My dog and his siblings had a party last month. They all had a blast! K9 Coaching Academy set everything up and prepared party games for the dogs. 5 stars is not enough!

Very disappointed in the service I received my first time at the location. Not sure the trainers name but she didn’t have anything nice to say about my dog upon meeting him for the first time. His breed is a Rottweiler, he is 1 years old, first time at the location (so he was a little hesitant) and it didn’t seem she was familiar with working this breed of dog. Another trainer offered to work with him and she told the other trainer no, which we may have gotten different results had she allowed the other trainer to intervene. The dog was not barking, or showing any aggressive behavior, however she determine the dog was vicious because of his uncertainty. This particular trainer went on to tell the incoming group to wait outside because there was a dog in the place that had concerns, referring to my dog. I didn’t return the next week due to the lack of customer service, negative comments and the environment felt very unwelcoming. No one from the company has reached out after 4 or more weeks of me not showing up to see if there were any concerns. They also kept the pre-payment for the 4 trainings with no follow-up. I would not recommend this service to anyone with dogs that some people consider to be aggressive such as Pitbull‘s, Rottweilers, German shepherds, etc. Find another company to work with your pet that can look at the dog as an individual rather than breed driven!
