FirstBarkJet Set University dog training was worth every penny! Our 2 year old lab is 100% more manageable now, especially when guests come over. The trainers were great with our dog and super thorough with the training. I can't speak highly enough about this program!

Jet Set Pets University was recommended to us by a trusted friend with a very well behaved pup. In January 2023, we enrolled two of our dogs in the 5-week board and train program. I cannot express how satisfied we are with the results! All of the instructors were absolutely exceptional! Chanin, in particular, was incredibly responsive to my calls and texts, and she displayed remarkable patience in addressing all of our questions. Our dogs were returned to us with exceptional improvements, and we have been able to successfully apply many of the suggestions and tools given to us. As a result, our home now enjoys a sense of peace and harmony and our dogs are noticeably happier! We have also boarded them since they graduated. We were able to rest easy knowing they were in good hands with Jet Set Pets!
Wonderful staff with amazing, very passionate trainers. The dogs are so well cared for during their stay. The facility is very clean and smells great!

Chanin is amazing! I would highly recommend Jet Set U and specifically Chanin. It is evident that Chanin is passionate about dog training, and knows her stuff. She has been very patient with me and goes above and beyond consistently. She is responsive to text and calls, always responding within the same day, but usually within a few minutes. Most recently when my flight was delayed, Chanin went out of her way to make time in her schedule for us to still pick up our pup. She was compassionate and even stated “I know you were anxious to see her”. Chanin truly cares about the family unit as a whole and knows that our pup is an integral piece.

The staff is amazing, Lilli was was particularly awesome. She kept me updated with progress and pics of my baby Jax while he was there. It was so comforting knowing he was in such great hands! Chanin is also fantastic, she is a wealth of knowledge and patient with all my texts. They really do mean you have lifetime help as I still text with questions on my first dog after 2 years and they are always quick to respond. LOVE LOVE LOVE JET SET UNIVERSITY
