Jet Set University

Jet Set University has been a lifesaver for my two golden doodle pups! Prior to Jet Set U, they would jump on any guests that came over and it was impossible to walk both of them at the same time. After they attended Jet Set U for a handful of weeks, they are the most perfect pups! Every time I have guests over, they gush about how well behaved Lulu and Tucker are and that is all thanks to Chanin and Lilli at Jet Set University! Chanin and Lilli have been so hands-on with their training even after my dogs came home. They have answered any and all of my questions and you can really tell how much they love and care for all of the dogs they train. I seriously cannot recommend Jet Set University and Chanin and Lilli enough. They are AMAZING!!!!!

Jet Set U is awesome! Chanin and Lilli have been game changers when it comes to training my heeler pup Copper. Copper attended the puppy life skills 4 week camp and returned full of valuable skills that make our daily routine much easier! Chanin and Lilli have also been wonderful in “training” me and teaching me everything I need to know to help keep Copper engaged and happy at home and in public. I have taken advantage of their day training program as well and feel 100% comfortable leaving him in their hands.

Background: We have 2 neutered male dogs—a 2.5 yo American Shepherd (mini Aussie) and a 1 yo small-sized standard Australian Shepherd. Both are very active, playful, and great companions for us but a bit stubborn to train. The youngest one started to show some aggression toward one of our daughter’s 2 neutered male mini Aussies (6 months and 1 yr older). We needed an immediate solution, and Jet Set University was perfect. Solution: We decided to train all the family dogs (4) together with Jet Set University because the training would be focused obedience training for the 4 dogs and had a separate objective to integrate some training to identify triggers of aggression and solutions to correct the behavior. It also provided training for the owners, as well, and it was the quickest solution for the family. Results: All of the owners are happier than pigs in poo! When under our control and direction, the dogs are obedient and disciplined. They can anticipate directions and perform them. The dogs sometimes slip up but immediately react to our corrective directions. They retained their individual personalities and run and play like crazy but obey the owner’s call for a return to discipline. It is a real pleasure to work and play with our dogs and observe them in their role as family members. Kudos: Lilli was the Trainer for our 2 dogs and their owners. She is wonderful—friendly and cheerful with a calm voice and firm hand with the dogs. The dogs loved her. In all of our interactions, Lilli demonstrated knowledge and technical expertise. It was easy to be trained by her and to retain the information. Chanin is the Head Trainer, and she managed the training program. She kept everything on track, helped with training, and gave us pointers on key training issues. She is very experienced and has a wealth of knowledge to help trainers and owners. Jet Set University is a great value service. It delivers on its objectives and commitments. If I am ever again able to convince my spouse to add another dog family member, Jet Set University is on the training plan.

We have a 6 MO GSD that we sent to Jet Set and the results were awesome!! Our pup minds and is a pleasure to be around. Lilli is the best!! How she has the patience is beyond me. We went back for our last training session, and our pup was so happy to see her. I think that is a testament of how well the pups are treated there. I recommend Jet Set very highly and would certainly use them again! Thanks Lilli! Chanin was very knowledgeable and was very responsive to our questions and phone calls any time. Jet Set University was the best thing we did for our dog and ourselves! Our dog came home happy, healthy and obedient! This dog is new dog! He listens and everyone around us is happy! Best training place ever. The staff was kind, caring. The weekly reports were detailed and I felt like I was on the training journey every step of the way while being at home.
