They used harsh and aggressive methods that had my friend's dog (a rescue) more timid and nervous than she was before she was taken in.
The facility is awesome. Very clean and the staff is awesome. Will definitely take my pets here again!
We had a last minute boarding cancellation due to our dog needing emergency surgery, and the staff at Pepe were very understanding about it. We can't thank you enough!

If you are a fan of forcing your dog to listen without any treats...they are the place to go. I was very sad to see what methods they use to train a dog: " Making her uncomfortable until she lays down" Well it is not my way to train a dog. I have my bloodhound for 3 months. She was very difficult to walk. In the time I had her i was loving, patience, consistent during walks and worked with training treats. I accomplished allot in those 3 months. Pulling a collar down and putting so much pressure on until a dog is uncomfortable is absolutely NOT nice!!!!! Btw my bloodhound refused to lay down for the trainer!. I asked him in the end if I could try to let her lay down my way. He let me do it. At the 3e attempt she layed down for me. I just used my hand movements without touching the dog. His response was that this was also an OK way . My oh my.....
