In Touch Dog Training & Rehabilitation

I finally made the time and financial commitment in November 2018 to work on my 5 year old rescue, Lexi, on her issues with socializing with other dogs. In the past, Lexi had some negative interactions with other dogs on leash or at the dog park and I kept her away from other dogs because I was afraid of her reactions and didn't have the confidence to trust myself to be the leader or trust Lexi to be a dog. After having Lexi go through the 2 week training, and participating with Socialization Saturdays and private classes, I've seen Lexi and myself gain more confidence. Every Socialization Saturday we attend becomes a release of nervous energy where dogs can be dogs, and humans are the leader of the pack. Allen and his team, really want your dog to succeed, if the owners really take the step to put in the time and work. I fully recommend In Touch Training to the dog owners who want their dogs to be trained by professionals who've seen all types of dog personalities and have an opportunity to watch their dog run in an open field and just be a DOG! Just like anything in life: no pain, no gain. Whether that is financial pain, physical pain, or emotional pain, there is growth when you push yourself outside of the comfortable. If you doubt yourself as a dog owner or have dog that doubts itself, In Touch Dog Training & Rehabilitation educate dog owners and teach you how to have a positive relationship with their dog. Lexi and I can't wait to join Socialization Saturdays again!

My dog would not be here with us if it wasn't for the help of In Touch. It was a lot of work on both parties, but they encouraged us so much and kept reinforcing that our dog could and would change his behaviors.
