Edit: I sent my dog here in Jan 2021 She returned more anxious than before and was told we needed to work with her more She has actually done BETTER since we STOPPED using their collars or going back there for follow-ups After seeing the videos, I won't ever bring her back, though I have faith that the trainers hired were hopefully not the same way, as I know many left. Since I had my married name, they don't think I'm in the records. They also are going to point out I haven't returned since Nov(Dec?) last year if they find the records, but that's because we saw the videos. They're VERY good at making EVERYTHING sound like the owners' fault, which you can see in replies to these reviews

We couldn’t be happier with the changes in our 3.5 year old Great Dane. Stevie was very leash aggressive with other dogs and would growl or bark at people when they approached her. She was great at the dog park and doggie daycare, but when she growled and lunged at a neighbors child that was it! Stevie went through the 2 week training and came back with new tools we could use so we could enjoy the lovable dog she truly is. I will say that this is Not just a quick fix and we as owners do not have to do our part. OUR follow through is a must! My husband definitely has a harder time with this and it is apparent because Stevie listens to me for general commands in the house way better than she does with him. I would not go without the collar when she is on the leash and can see that the protocol outlined in the reading we received need to be followed for the recommended time in order for Stevie to fully learn to listen for continued success. Allen was great to work with. He explained everything clearly and honestly. I loved that our reunion with Stevie was at our house and the ability to have the follow up sessions as needed.

Just got our German Shepherd puppy back from training today. I am completely stunned at how well behaved she is after only 3 weeks of puppy training. We were nervous because when she left she would constantly chase the cat and would go nuts in the living room. She is starting to follow the most basic commands now. I don’t usually have as much time for training and sending her here took all the work off our hands! They will continue her training and with the unlimited training for the rest of her life, she is set up for success. I also can’t wait to bring her to social Saturday’s this week!
