I loved the individualized training Rick provided. He explained the why behind it, which helped me to better understand MOzzie. The field trips were a great way to put what we learned into practice with Rick there to give feedback and guidance.

Rick tailored each individual lesson to meet our needs and ensured we were equipped to deal with the training struggles we were facing.
