Nikki is an absolute Rock Star! She trained our family, yes trained us on how to meet the specific needs of our dogs. Her techniques and knowledge enabled us to be better equipped to train our dogs and trust them especially when they are off leash. Not only is she a trainer but she also boards. Knowing that our dogs are in trusting hands and with someone who can manage them the same way we do ours our minds at ease. There's no one like her!

Having my dog do board and train with Nikki was a great decision. I’m the kind of owner that invested a lot of time doing training on my own. My dog went to Nikki around 1 year old and she was able to fine-tune the skills I’d be working on to a level well above and beyond where I could get to on my own. My dog came back more attentive, following commands more consistently, and able to hold them for much longer. Nikki also just went out of her way to make it a good experience for me. She went through my laundry list of questions with me patiently, paid great attention to my feeding instructions and grooming asks, and sent lots of photos and videos. I’d definitely recommend Ideal K9 for folks looking to bring their dog’s training to the next level.

After several years with our dog and trying some other training we decided our dog needed something more rigorous and structured. We reached out to Nikki and were so pleased with the entire process. Our dog completed a 4 week board and train to work on his barking, walking, and door interactions. We received constant communication throughout his time with Nikki. When we picked him up she went over everything extensively and made sure that we were fully comfortable before leaving. We are so grateful for the help that she has given our dog and our family. We wouldn't hesitate to have our dog board with her or to contact her for training for any dogs we may have in the future.
