Idaho Elite K-9

We were running out of options with our 8 month old Belgian Malinois, to the point of seriously considering having to give her up. This is not our first Malinois so needless to say we thought “oh we’ve had a Malinois.. piece of cake” WRONG! This Mal is COMPLETELY different than our first one. Thankfully I found Idaho Elite K9 on instagram and in just two sessions with Chris, he was able to correct a number of issues and give us the tools we needed to manage our Mal. We decided to go with the Elite Training Package and are still working through that program and seeing great progress each week. Chris really cares about helping people with their dogs!! Chris is the absolute best k9 trainer ever! He has helped shape our almost 2 year old shepherd into a better and improved version of himself and we would not be where we are today without his help. About a year ago we were desperately looking for help and guidance with our pup due to his reactive tendencies and my husband and I being first time dog owners had absolutely no idea how to handle things and right from the very first session with Idaho Elite K-9 we started seeing a huge behavioral change in our dog, months later my husband and I have the knowledge we need to help our dog succeed and become the best he can be. We truly thank Chris for the work he’s put into our dog and the results truly speak for themselves our dog is a completely different dog! I will always recommend Idaho Elite K9 to anyone who is in search of dog training. Chris is a very knowledgeable guy who gets to business on what kind of obedience you want with your dog. My German Shepherd was 1 1/2 and didn’t know any obedience whatsoever. When I brought him to Chris, he had my dog obeying commands almost immediately. Chris taught me how to properly handle my dog and train him. Chris was also very flexible with my schedule to set up training dates. If I was out of state, I could always call or text Chris any questions or concerns and he’d get back to me with awesome advice. Train, be alpha, be happy. Thank you Idaho Elite K9!

Chris & Rachel were absolutely INCREDIBLE. My dog did the 4 week board and train program. Before Idaho Elite K9, my dog (~1.5 years old) was very kind/sweet/sensitive, but had 0 training or recall. Now, because of Chris’s hard work - both with my dog and with me - my dog has a very strong and reliable recall, heel, and place. I feel confident going out on a walk, having people over, etc. and knowing I have control over my dog. Without Chris & Rachel this would not have been possible. They are truly ELITE! During my dog’s stay, Chris and Rachel were very communicative and attentive - they sent photos, met with me in person for my own lessons, and shared stories of my dog. Through this, I was able to truly see just how much time Chris spent working with my dog and how much he cared about him and our success through the program. Upon my dog’s graduation, Chris has ensured an open line of communication for support, questions, and follow up lessons. Chris is smart, experienced, and knowledgeable. I will trust him with all my future dogs and will be recommending him to everyone.
