Jackie, We are very sorry that you feel disappointed which is something that we don't ever want. However, it clearly states in our email which location you had to go to (Hi Jackie, You are scheduled for Monday 11/16 @ 5pm. It will be at 14B Unit F Broad ST Nashua NH 03064, here is the link to pay for the evaluation). When you showed up to the wrong location I was in a class (which was with an intense and aggressive dog) and couldn't come out to make sure that you where either my next client or to see if you were a client at the wrong location. You were offered to have the evaluation done when you went to our other location that day, however you didn't feel the time would be enough as you were late because you showed up to the wrong location. As a courtesy we gave you an appointment for the next day (with no extra fee) but you couldn't make that. If we had double booked you or if it was our mistake we would of taken care of the issue. You are essentially paying for a time slot, so if you wanted another time slot then you would of needed to reserve and pay for that time slot. Once again sorry your experience wasn't what you were looking for, however we have certain policies in place for a reason.
