Honor Your Dog: Training and Behavior Solutions

Mary and I are so glad we found Honor Your Dog! Landon & Morgan truly did an amazing job with Mishka! From the initial assessment to the work they did with her during her two weeks of training. While she was there, they shared daily pictures of her with us. She looked so happy that at times we were afraid Mishka might not want to come back home! Morgan reassured us she would, and she did come home a happier and very well trained pup. So many people comment to us now at how well behaved she is and can barely believe she is only 9 months old! We highly recommend Honor Your Dog. Thank you again Landon and Morgan for all the skills you provided us with so that we can be the best dog parents we can be!!!

We highly recommend Honor Your Dog! This was our third and final attempt with a trainer for our rescue pup. Morgan and Landon are amazing! Nala was with them for 3 weeks to work on confidence and reactive behavior. Morgan sent photos regularly, and Nala was well taken care of while she was there. Nala has learned so much! When they brought her back home, they were extremely thorough on helping us better understand what they worked on, and how we can continue to work with her. Even after her stay, they made it very clear that if we needed their help again to just reach out and they would make the long distance drive to our house if needed. They are extremely knowledgeable in what they do and great people!

We noticed a marked improvement in our two dogs’ behavior after their work with Landon and Morgan. Their ability to understand how dogs think and to leverage that knowledge to achieve their desired outcomes, is truly impressive. Most importantly, we now have a better understanding of why the dogs interact with each other the way they do, which allows us to be proactive rather than reactive. Now I really enjoy playing with our bully breed mix, Teddy, in a controlled manner rather than him going berserk.

I don’t normally write reviews on anything but felt Morgan and Landon deserve all the praise in the world. When you make the decision to invest in your dog, you cannot find a more caring, loving and most importantly knowledgeable place than Honor Your Dog. Winston spent three weeks at Honor Your Dog learning about confidence, reactive behavior to cars and working on his anxiety. After those three weeks, Winston was brought home and I was trained for 2 hours on how to continue working with him. (TBH, I could use three weeks myself). The lessons Winston and I have learned are absolutely invaluable. Landon and Morgan have dedicated their lives to helping pups live their best lives. I exhausted all the training classes and paid for very expensive personal training sessions but nothing compares to what Winston and I have learned from Landon and Morgan. Even better than the three weeks, it’s the lifetime training sessions included in the price. There is no judgement about not knowing how to work with your dog, only great advice . After the constant communication, videos and pictures with Morgan for the three weeks Winston attended training I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home! My nervous boy is so much more comfortable, confident and relaxed! I personally have learned so much from Landon and Morgan. 1000% worth the money for a lifetime investment into your dog. You will not be disappointed. Take the price and divide it by the 10-15 years you hopefully have with your dog. Can’t do any better than Honor Your Dog!

Words cannot express my appreciation for this training program!! Not only are Landon and Morgan super knowledgeable, they also give so much love and affection to the pups in their care. I was initially anxious and worried about the time away from my puppy, but the photos and messages Morgan sent showing their love and attention to Eddie quickly put me at ease. Also, as a single mom (to human and fur babies) the cost seemed a little stressful. However, the investment in my fur baby and the training for me and my kids is 100% worth it!! I highly recommend this program to all fur baby parents!!
