Honor Your Dog: Training and Behavior Solutions

I saw a lot of progress in my dog’s obedience and confidence after her time with Honor Your Dog. But the real growth happened in the months following. By continually practicing what she learned with HYD and utilizing follow up sessions with them, we’ve made a lot of strides in the last 5 months. One major win has been her transition from pulling on a gentle lead, to consistent hands-free loose leash walking. While we still have work to do with respect to her reactivity to other dogs, HYD remains an active partner in her work through regularly scheduled practice sessions both at our home and in their facility. They’re responsive to questions and concerns, and help ensure we both have to tools to be successful. I’m continually impressed with and grateful for Morgan and Landon’s commitment to her goals, which include making new doggie family friends and participating in a doggie 5k. It is apparent that they care about her just as much as I do.

Landon and Morgan were absolutely wonderful from the moment we contacted them!! They were so eager to help us train our 16 week old vizsla puppy Ranger. My husband and I are both first time dog owners so we felt so relieved to have Landon and Morgan there to not only train Ranger but to train us as well. There’s a lot to know about dog training and Landon explains things in such a clear and precise manner that my husband and I could feel confident we’d have an obedient and well trained dog. All of their daily photo updates showed how much fun he was having there too while training that we were able to rest assured he was well taken care of.
