Honor K9 Dog Training

I recently adopted a young dog. She was a stray so there was no history, and no name. I was having problems teaching her recall. I have spent my career working with all types of animals, so I knew what to look for in a trainer. I spent 3 to 4 days looking at all the local trainers and what they had to offer. And then I found Honor K9! I was so impressed from at Mark’s recommendations and the fact that he comes to my house. Also that he teaches positive reinforcement. he was very gentle and kind to my dog. I f you need a dog trainer look no further🐕

K9 Dog Training is AMAZING! We got a rescue puppy who was about 10 weeks old in November. We have two small children and wanted to make sure we were set up for success and knew the best way to train our puppy (and maybe more importantly how not to reinforce bad behavior). We got the puppy training package and Mark came to our home every Tuesday for four weeks. Each week he covered a new skill set, which we practiced for the remainder of the week. By the end, our dog could sit, recall, settle effectively, was crate trained, and she learned how to sit in front of the kids - not jump on them. Mark is an expert and was able to answer every question we had - like how to get her to not puppy nibble as much and how best to use positive reinforcement for good behaviors. We are so grateful for K9 dog training and will be going back for more touch ups in the future!

I cannot impress how just one visit with Mark has seen a marked difference in Cooper's behaviour. The persistent barking for attention has stopped, he comes when called. Had friends over for breakfast and they could not believe the change in the jumping up. After the second visit even more improvement!!! and both friends asked for marks information as they will hire him in the new year.. I will also have him come back in the new year for more extensive training. I cannot express how exceptional.mark is and I encourage u to employ him asap

Best decision I ever made! Honor K9’s in-home puppy training is a game-changer. In just a few sessions we covered potty training, sit, down, stay, recall, and leash skills. Mark is incredibly patient, clearly loves dogs, and is highly effective—my puppy adored him and learned so fast! He gave me practical advice that’s helped immensely with new-puppy chaos.
