HOME Dog Training is a small training practice in Rockwall. Charles, Laura, and Wyatt are the trainers here , the same hands on every dog, start to finish. No staff, no handoffs. We cap at seven dogs at a time and train in a home, not a facility.
We build four things, in this order: Habits, Obedience, Manners, Engagement. There is a big difference between a dog obeying a command and a dog that didn't need one.
Clarity, not pressure. Training that expands your dog's world instead of shrinking it.

Your dog lives and trains with us. 2, 3, or 5 weeks. He comes home on weekends for homework — a dog who only listens to us is a trick, not training. The exception is a weekend you've planned a trip. Video Pupdates so you watch it happen. We train out of our home, not a facility.

Mo had this calm, confident presence that immediately let us know Lola was in great hands. She was direct, clear, and efficient — not just with training Lola, but with educating us as well.She broke things down in a way that helped us understand what we needed to do to support Lola’s progress. Especially when training our dog Lola with our other dog Lupe who was being trained by Kae’la - at times together to practice real at-home scenarios.
We are excited we now have a graduate, but also sad we don’t get to connect with both Kae’La and Mo on Friday evenings.
Huge thanks to Mo and the K-9 Culture team for such a positive, empowering experience.

Piper although not perfect is doing much better than she was prior to training. I also love the daily videos showing what type of training was done along with how it was done. I have follow up appointments where the trainers will come to my home and I’m really excited!! Brittney has done An amazing job overall and really tried to get as much details as possible in order to understand piper and how to better build a relationship/communicate with her. Would recommend! I loved receiving all the photos and videos!!

I wanted to share my experience with K9 Culture because it has been so positive. Our dog, Milo, was going for training somewhere else for a while and he was doing well but then all of a sudden he wouldn’t participate in the class with us anymore. He wasn’t enjoying himself and he even regressed a bit in his training progress. We left the group class in frustration and didn’t return. We really didn’t know what to do so we did some research and found K9 Culture. We signed him up for the 6 day training with Melissa. After the 1st day, he was excited about training again! Melissa is fantastic! She answered all of our questions and taught us how to handle Milo and continue with his training at home. Melissa really understands canine behavior and explains it so well. We are so happy that we found K9 culture and thanks to Melissa, Milo is doing great with all of his commands and he is genuinely happy to learn again. We will be coming back from more sessions with Melissa in the Fall!

Luna’s grooming session, with Kimberly was great. She was a shaggy mess when I dropped her off. They returned a “real” cocker spaniel. She did not seem overly stressed by the experience. Everyone was polite and professional. Already booked her next appointment.

I was recommended K9 Culture by a friend and I’m so glad I went with them! I worked with a few trainers since I changed schedules, but my favorite one was Fabian! My pup had some health issues (not due to them) and they were very flexible with several changes I had to make throughout her training and group classes. I love that the instructors know her by name and she loves attending and learning with them. I plan to continue working with them as she grows and would highly recommend them!
