If you have been doing hydrotherapy with your own dog like at Rocky's retreat is the owner of the dog allowed in the water also here
Currently the owners of all HIP DOG’s canines can sit close to the edge of pool, not in pool, to observe and to encourage their pets to swim and play.

Does this facility offer the underwater treadmill treatment for dogs?
They don't. That would be really neat but they don't. There is a gradual ledge where your dog can walk into the water as well as a ledge about 4ft long on the other side. They would work with your dog in the water letting them kick naturally as well as helping with the occasional massage.

My poodle LOVES to swim and play with other dogs. But because we live in Florida, I can't let him swim in just any pond or lake 🐊 I'm so glad I found this puppy pool for him! After a one on one session, he was able to join the open swim sessions on Sundays. He has such a great time and I can't wait for this to become a Sunday tradition for us!!
Amazing experience. Today was our first time here and everyone’s knowledge about canine health was amazing. Everyone involved (Tom, Christine, and Jaqueline) was so loving! They even clapped and cheered when Stella was a brave girl. They provided a life vest, and even a toy to hold in her mouth Excited to continue her hydrotherapy here

Hip Dog owners are the best you could ask for. They love ALL dogs, and all dogs love them. Hip Dog owners are the best you could ask for. They love ALL dogs, and all dogs love them. Swimming is the best exercise for dogs, easy on their joints, keeps those joints flexible & lubricated, and relieves pain due to stiffness and arthritic pain. My 88 lb yellow Lab Tucker is 12 years and has degenerative joint issues in all four legs. He is my second dog I've taken to Hip Dog to swim. I take Tucker twice a week, and the improvement is significant. We used to have to put a sling around his mid section to help him walk up and down the stairs in our home. Now he does it all by himself.. and he pretty proud of himself! He can also climb into the couches and our bed without our assistance. Highly, highly recommend. The earlier you start your dog swimming, the better to keep arthritis and degenerative issues from occurring.
