If you have been doing hydrotherapy with your own dog like at Rocky's retreat is the owner of the dog allowed in the water also here
Currently the owners of all HIP DOG’s canines can sit close to the edge of pool, not in pool, to observe and to encourage their pets to swim and play.

Does this facility offer the underwater treadmill treatment for dogs?
They don't. That would be really neat but they don't. There is a gradual ledge where your dog can walk into the water as well as a ledge about 4ft long on the other side. They would work with your dog in the water letting them kick naturally as well as helping with the occasional massage.

My 8 month old Doberman, Dream Katcher had a great first swim yesterday. The trainers were wonderful and handled Kattcher with such positive reinforcement! He is no Labrador yet, but there is hope he will eventually swim like one !

The water therapists were amazing with Meeka 4 year pomsky and Ali 1 year goberian. They were very hands on, knowledgeable and caring. Communication with our dogs were gentle, kind and effective. Each time our dogs accomplished a goal, the instructors celebrated with them. Positive reinforcement was used according to what motivates our dogs such as food or toys. Ali in the beginning was very timid. The instructors worked with her anxiety so it greatly decreased. The facilities are clean and the dog walk area is separated from the pool. They are always excited to see our dogs and are timely in getting back with you to answer your questions. I highly recommend them for water therapy, swim lessons or to just have fun in the pool.
Great place to teach your dog to swim. They actually let you get in the water with your dog. They are extremely friendly and great prices.
My 2 dogs had a great time ! Great staff and lots of attention for the dogs. Wish I lived closer, we’d go all the time .!
