If you have been doing hydrotherapy with your own dog like at Rocky's retreat is the owner of the dog allowed in the water also here
Currently the owners of all HIP DOG’s canines can sit close to the edge of pool, not in pool, to observe and to encourage their pets to swim and play.

Does this facility offer the underwater treadmill treatment for dogs?
They don't. That would be really neat but they don't. There is a gradual ledge where your dog can walk into the water as well as a ledge about 4ft long on the other side. They would work with your dog in the water letting them kick naturally as well as helping with the occasional massage.

Hip Dog is versatile with what is done throughout their sessions, and see a wide demographic of dogs who arrive for different reasons. Their prices are fair, and they are kind folks that truly care about the work that they do. Our dogs have completely incorporated hydrotherapy into their weekly routine; they get very excited on the drive over, which is a stark contrast to their reaction to attending at the start. Goes without saying I'd highly recommend them to people who want to introduce their dog to hydrotherapy - or swimming - at any age.
From helping my senior hound to continue to walk into the last few months of his life, to helping my bloodhound and lab puppy learn to swim and have a love for the water. I can’t give enough praise to Hip Dog!
Tom and Kristina are wonderful and caring therapists for any breed of dog both old and young. I began bringing my 7 year old Corgi a year ago and he has become stronger since. I started bringing my puppy so she would overcome her fear of water. Best doggy exercise ever ❤️!!
Thanks to Hip Dog, my dog with hip dysplasia has gained more muscle and flexibility. I can see a huge difference in the way he walks and moves! So grateful to have found this place, Kristina and Tom are knowledgeable and their love of dogs makes it easy to trust them with my own fur baby!
