If you have been doing hydrotherapy with your own dog like at Rocky's retreat is the owner of the dog allowed in the water also here
Currently the owners of all HIP DOG’s canines can sit close to the edge of pool, not in pool, to observe and to encourage their pets to swim and play.

Does this facility offer the underwater treadmill treatment for dogs?
They don't. That would be really neat but they don't. There is a gradual ledge where your dog can walk into the water as well as a ledge about 4ft long on the other side. They would work with your dog in the water letting them kick naturally as well as helping with the occasional massage.

Kristina and Tom could not be more caring and wonderful to your pup. They make your dog feel comfortable and did such a great job getting our Willy confident with swimming. If your dog needs rehab or senior with issues, you can't find a better therapy for them. Hip Dog Rocks!
I first brought my dog to Hip Dog when she had mobility problems due to age and health issues, and the swim therapy helped her immensely. The owners and employees are great!

It is a constant bark fest and pawing me for about an hour before we even get in the car! About 2 miles away from Hip Dog they go crazy. No leash walking once we arrive, just open car doors and it’s on!! I love taking them to see Kristy, Tom and all the others who are there to help. I have been taking them there for about 8 years. Highly recommended for high energy or older dogs who need excercise.
Recreational swim or hydrotherapy, Hip Dog is just amazing. My pup needed hydrotherapyafter surgery but was uncomfortable in water. The staff at Hip Dog knew exactly how to work with him to increase his comfort level, now he jumps in on his own & loves his swim sessions. Highly recommend 👌
