HD Dog Training Llc

We adopted a beautiful dog in September 2018 who was as anxious as they come. We knew she had the capacity to become a confident and happy family dog as she was the sweetest little thing, so we decided to get some training for her. From our first meeting with Rob and Tineisha at HD Dog Training we could see how much they knew and how much they care about each and every dog they train. They were so patient and understanding with our little dog, Pia, and she quickly grew to love and trust them. Their depth of doggie (and human!!) knowledge is incredible and their experience with dogs second to none. Pia has blossomed into an extremely happy, confident dog who loves people, especially if they scratch her bum for her!! When HD Training first came to our house, we had a dog who would run so fast to hide every time someone came to the front door we were worried she would injure herself. By the time we had completed our first round of training, we had a dog who runs to people when they arrive, tail wagging and bum in the air ready for a scratch! Highly, highly recommend HD Dog Training!

SO thankful we found HD Dog Training when we did! We began working with HD Dog Training at the very beginning of a potentially toxic relationship between our 3 year old lab/staffordshire terrier and 5 month german shepherd. Our dogs were constantly challenging each other, unable to relax, and healthy play was so out of the question, which was all getting worse daily. I was overwhelmed with conflicting dog training information on the internet, and started to doubt our dog parenting abilities which is a suck fest of feelings! Never having owned 2 dogs at the same time, or german shepherd we needed help. Rob and Tineisha were very honest after our consultation and set to work with a serious game plan to turn our house around. After completing training I cannot say enough GREAT things about the wonderful experience, learning, and fun we had with Tineisha and Rob. Not only did they fully provide us with the tools, information, and confidence to properly understand and handle our dogs, but the love they have for their craft and dedication to making the lives of owners and dogs better is unmatched! Our dogs Cash and Daisy loved them so much and were elated every Monday knowing it was training day. Now our dogs happily play together, are confident (not cocky), take great walks together, and can live the happiest lives possible. AND our dogs now give each other kisses and are actually friends! Worth every penny!

I had a great experience working with HD Dog Training. My 2 year old Chocolate Lab and I did 6 courses with them in my home. I also made sure to practice at home daily with my dog which truly kept us on top of everything they taught us. Prior to their training, it was a daily struggle to even to my dog outside of my apartment building. He would pull and drag me no matter which kind of collar I tried. Things had been especially bad when he would see another dog he wanted to play with. I was fearful he would end up hurting me or himself from being so out of control. Now, we are able to go on long walks and I don't dread having to take him outside. I see huge differences in him and I feel more in control of my dog. I highly recommend their services and I wish I could have worked with them sooner!

We had a fantastic experience training our puppy with HD Dog Training. We started when our golden doodle was about 12 weeks old. Rob and Tineisha started with the basics, teaching us simple exercises we could us to lay and foundation, providing advice about food, toys, and how to use the crate, housebreaking, etc. Murphy, our puppy, ALWAYS looked forward to their visits. Rob made training fun, and showed us how Murphy could actually be a happier dog through the training process. (And how our lives would be better, too.) Both trainers have real expertise, explaining not only the mechanics of proper training, but also the psychology behind it. We continued training through Murphy’s first six months. Now, when I walk Murphy on the city streets and he heels perfectly, sits as a default at crosswalks, and generally behaves himself, I am so happy we had Rob and Tineisha’s guidance and advice. HD Dog Training were dependable, thoughtful in their direction, and showed genuine care for us and concern for the well-being of our dog. They are great at what they do.
