I am so grateful for Luis and everyone at Harmony Dog Training for believing in my dog Conan and helping him safely move overseas with me. Harmony dog training was Conan’s last chance, I adopted him from the shelter when he was put up to be euthanized. He started in a six week board and train with Luis, where we hoped to correct his attention seeking and demanding behaviors. Luis helped Conan learn to regulate his impulses, improve his leash walking, and kept him busy with obedience training. Initially we’d planned to find Conan a suitable home in the US as I was moving overseas. When it became clear Conan was best suited to be with me, Luis continued caring for him and training him to succeed in his new home, routinely going above and beyond all expectations. I am confident Harmony Dog Training was the best possible place for Conan to train. I was always certain he was safe, well cared for, and learning to be the best dog he can be. We adopted our 3.5 year old great pyr mix a few months ago. We were told he was put up for adoption because he “barked too much at cars” and disrupted his previous family while they worked from home. When we got him, we soon realized the barking was only one of the issues we needed to address. Our big guy lacked basic obedience that most dogs learn as a puppy and he would not listen. We tried everything we possibly could to get him trained and despite countless research, nothing worked. We even tried meeting with a different trainer and that was a failure too. With our chaotic work schedules, we truly couldn’t put in the time that he needed and we were at our breaking points. A family member recommended Harmony Dog Training after he had a successful board and train experience a few years ago. We spent several days searching for different board and train programs, and we knew choosing Luis and his crew was the right move. If you’re like me, and need reliable reviews to go forward with a decision, please trust me and choose Harmony Dog Training. Luis and his team were so helpful and understanding in such a new and anxious time of our lives. Dog training is a financial investment and taking that leap can sometimes be terrifying (like it was for us) but it is SO worth it in the end. We gave Luis a list of what our goals were and the results we were aiming to see. Luis spent hours (no exaggeration) by the end of all of this working with us…and yes you read that right. We sent our dog for training and we had to be educated as well. Luis is upfront and tells you he can help lay down the foundation that we need with our dog, but it is our job to continue the work at home. He sent us updates on our dog during the board and train and we looked forward to the videos! Our goals were addressed and we were given the skills of how to continue to meet our goals at home. The great part is, even when the board and train was done, we had two home sessions to really just focus on whatever we needed. Luis was also always available for random questions while we were starting to maintain our dog’s training. I felt reassured knowing that we have Luis to support us. The staff there truly love our dog like one of their own; and he still loves going there for day school now! We also look forward to using Harmony Dog Training to board our dog whenever we go away because we know he’ll be in the best care possible. Our big guy is a completely different dog than when he first came to us. He has the sweetest, goofiest heart and he just needed us to take the chance on him and get him the training he needed. He’s still learning everyday but now he’s just a happier and obedient dog. We’re going to continue to work with our dog and build off of the foundation that Luis and his team helped establish. If I could rate Harmony Dog Training 100 stars I honestly would. And if you’re contemplating seeking professional dog training, trust me when I say it is worth EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR. Our lives are 10,000x better than they were months ago and we have no regrets whatsoever. Luis and his team make you feel like you’re part of their pack, and they’ll love and support you and your dog alike. We’re so thankful and excited to keep Harmony Dog Training by our side as we continue to learn and grow with our dog. Whatever services you’re seeking with Luis and his team - just do it! To put it bluntly, Luis is nothing shy of a miracle worker. Upon taking in what can only be described as an adorable four legged embodiment of chaos who feasts off of nothing but expensive shoes and my rapidly deteriorating patience we realized we needed more help than any yahoo with a YouTube account was going to offer. Since day one Luis was able zero in on our dogs worse behavior and not just show us that it was manageable, but able to be channeled to unlock his full doggy potential to dog appropriately. Now our former furry terror is the ideal companion with good manners who is always on his best behavior and after only six lessons too! If we did twelve lessons Luis could probably teach our dog to drive a car and file our taxes, seriously this guy makes Cesar Millan look like Michael Vick. Would give 10 stars if I could.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star boarding service. Luis & staff went above and beyond to ensure a safe stay for my reactive GSD for 19 days while I was away on vacation. My dog is reactive, fear aggressive, and has separation anxiety, so finding a boarder to cater to her needs was really difficult. The initial registration was comprehensive, pricing is very fair, communication and updates were great during her long stay, and drop off and pick up went exceptionally smooth. I was very surprised to hear that my dog was well behaved with all of the handlers. I have since used Harmony Dog Training boarding service recently again for a long weekend trip and am happy to say my dog has graduated from the reactive dog category to regular dog category. Can’t recommend Luis & staff enough!
