I paid for my daughter to get 4 lessons for her rambunctious 8 month old dog. My (adult) daughter wanted 2 things from the 4 lessons: stop eating sticks in her yard and walk better on a leash. 1. The solution: clean up all the hundreds of sticks ... was not an option.
2. Second solution: say "yes" when her dog is pulling on the leash ... supposedly that will get the dog to go to her to get a treat. This is illogical because "yes" means the dog is doing something good. (At the least, she should say "it's okay" calmly, and then say "touch" ... come touch her hand ... so she comes for a treat.)
Neither problem was fixed even a tiny bit, and that was an expensive waste of time and money.

The trainers are amazing and really love the animals. We went through the Manners and Reactive Dog classes. We get so many compliments on how well behaved the dog is, and neighbors have seen great improvement in the dog’s behavior.
We are learning agility now. Such a great bonding activity, and it helps get some energy out. Great confidence builder.

We were lucky enough to be able to work with Shari to help retrain Gracie (golden retriever) to walk on a leash, not lick faces, drop it, and so much more. Shari provided easy-to-understand strategies for maximizing learning for both us and Gracie. We would recommend this trainer to anyone and everyone who's ready to learn and wants to work with someone effective.
