Before training our one year old cattle dog did not listening, jumped on everything and everyone, was overall hyper and misbehaved. Through training we were able to understand him and his needs/instincts. HD training taught us how to channel his energy into training in a fun way that our dog enjoyed but also tired him out. In 8 short sessions we learned appropriate ways to play with our dog, teach him recall commands, standard obedience commands, leash walking, and stopped the jumping. We now have a much better relationship with our dog making time together much more enjoyable. Completing courses with Hd training was the best decision we could have made for our dog. We recommend Hd training so much that our parents just started training with their puppy!

I reached out to Jace, because my Border Collie Max was suffering from noice phobia and anxiety and had develop some resource guarding aggression. In our 12 week program, we taught Max how to deal with his fear-triggers and he learned to cope on his own. We also addressed the resource guarding issues successfully. In addition we did some leash and re-call work with my Sheltie, Trisstan. Working with Jace was easy and fun for both, the dogs and I. I like the way he uses play as a teaching tool and as a reward. His way of explaining issues and why they happen made sense, and the training methods to correct / eliminate them were well-thought-out with easy to follow instructions for me so, I could work with both dogs in-between sessions. He was really quick to respond to any questions I had and addressed all my concerns. Jace is very knowledgeable and professional. The training changed our "family dynamic" in the most positive way and I would highly recommend his services!

We hired Jace to help us with our 1.5 year old male dog Theo. Theo was scared of strangers coming into our home and timid out in public places. We worked with Jace for 8 weeks and we learned how to help Theo with his fears and build his confidence.
