I rescued Mia a four months ago she was 18 months old Doberman and she was totally uncontrollable. She did what she wanted whenever she wanted. I thought I made a huge mistake. My daughter told me about HD Interactions. She knew the owner Jace and told me his dog was absolutely amazing and so well behaved, I couldn’t get there fast enough. Jace had her for three plus weeks When she finished her training, she came back to me a well-behaved much calmer dog she knew her boundaries inside the house. She came when she was called. She didn’t poke at me constantly to do something. She has become the companion I always wanted. I did notice that if I lost focus on her training, she became the leader of the pack. Took me one day to figure that out. Talk to Jace and got myself refocused. She lived with Jace and his family and she learned her boundaries inside the home Best thing i ever did. and I’m very grateful to Jace for sharing his knowledge with me and Mia

I only wish there were more stars to give Jace and H-D Interactions Dog Training. From the very first minute that Jace came to assess our 4 month old puppy, Sam, it was clear that he's knowledgeable, kind, and connected to setting pups up for success. After each weekly meeting, Sam (and I) progressed through training with a better understanding of how to communicate in a way that began to build a great foundation for the future. Sam responded so well, and after our puppy training we have such a strong bond that other people (relatives, neighbors, and strangers) comment on how great a pup he is. The training by Jace is exactly ... well ... even MORE than what I'd hoped for. I highly recommend him, and am so appreciative of his skills. Sam LOVED seeing Jace, and I'll bet your pup (no matter their age) will too!

Thanks to Jace my schnauzer learned all the fundamentals required to pass the TDI test, and more importantly, gave me peace of mind by welcoming my dog into his family’s life for a month. Jace is a wealth of knowledge and experience, and I really appreciated his approach to building a relationship with the dog before training began in earnest. He is also a great communicator, I always felt I had a strong understanding of what they were working on, how training was going, what approaches he was employing to drive towards results. I greatly enjoyed watching and learning through the near daily videos Jace sent as it made the concepts much easier to grasp!

We cannot express how happy we are to have had Jace train our Great Dane Harper! She has always been a sweet, high energy girl who didn’t know her size or her boundaries. Now we and our guests can walk through the front door without being jumped on, we can go on walks, and just enjoy each other’s company. Jace taught us the importance of communicating with our dog, and understanding their instinctual perception of the world. We learned that many of the things we thought we were doing right were actually reinforcing negative behaviors. Jace was very informative and professional, and his love for dogs is clear! I cannot say enough good things about Jace in the way he trains not only dogs but humans too. When it comes to training dogs, all too often people think it’s just the dog that needs training when in reality it is really both . I did the 10-week training program and it was so worth it! I had Jace come out originally for a new pup I brought home for my other pup. My new pup Skye was starting to take on the behaviors of my other dog Shiloh (3) and being aggressive to my older pup Twiggy (15). He gave me so much great advice especially when it comes to resource guarding (Skye)and showed me how to deal with different situations especially when she turns aggressive towards Twiggy. Skye’s issues were a breeze to get under control with his advice. But it turns out it was Shiloh that really needed the help. His approach to play based training really worked for Skye, however Shiloh took way more convincing. Jace is extremely patient and if something isn’t working he takes a different approach. By the time Jace was finished he was able to be in the same room with Shiloh and give her treats and pet her. I now feel way more confident when taking all my dogs out together! I highly recommend Jace to anyone looking for dog training/trainer!
