Greenside Canine Training

I couldn't be more pleased with the personalized training sessions we received from Greenside Canine. From the first consult to the final session, it was clear that Clay and his staff are super knowledgeable and passionate about working with dogs and it truly shows. We had some issues with our 1.5 year old dog which we couldn’t seem to fix ourselves. We did some research and came across Clay’s facility via recommendations from an online Facebook group. After talking with Clay, we opted for some personalized behavioral modification training which occurred at his facility and at our house. Clay and Mary took the time to understand our dog’s personality and needs and tailored the training program accordingly. We worked with our dog for several weeks and from the first few consults saw incredible progress. Clay was always readily available even outside of our weekly sessions answering our questions and offering guidance whenever we needed additional assistance. With the positive reinforcement techniques we learned, we have an even stronger bond with our dog which we didn’t think was possible. We highly recommend Clay and his facility for anyone needing dog services whether it’s regular obedience training to individualized sessions. You definitely won’t be disappointed!

Clay and his team at Greenside were amazing to work with. We’ve always taken our dogs to First friends K9 in the past and I don’t think they’ve changed how they do things in 30+ years. Greenside tailored the training to my dog and his exact needs. We had problems with reactivity and leash pulling before, but after 6 weeks with Greenside, he’s a different dog!! I rescued my boy Hank about a year ago and he’s been great! The only issues I had that I needed help with were leash walking skills and some better obedience (Hank is a couch potato and does things on his time). Greenside Canine worked with us and it made such a huge difference. I can walked him without being dragged around and get him to come when called! It’s made such a big difference in our home.

The whole team worked wonders with our two little pups. Sasha and Kendall now walk on leash like a dream and are so much more confident. We did the 4 week board and train for both of them. Before training, our chihuahua Kendall couldn’t be within a block of another person or dog without losing his mind and getting so anxious we didn’t know what to do. Now, he doesn’t even turn his head while out walking. This foundation absolutely made it possible for us to further training/socializing without fear. Their training also eliminated a lot of (seemingly unrelated) behavior issues. Can’t say enough great things about Greenside K9! We look forward to boarding them if we ever go on a trip knowing they’re in good hands.
