Green Dog Training

Renny who is now my 4 year old sweet and beautiful Rottweiler, used to be one BIG problem! Renny used to be scared of everything including her own shadow! By the time she was 3 years old the problem had gotten so bad that she refused to come out from under the backyard patio to do her business in the grass. As an 80 pound dog this was a huge problem for us. My husband and I were unable to take her anywhere outside of the house and she was so miserable being scared that It just broke my heart. I looked around for some help and lucky for me I came across Kelly Green who is the owner and trainer of Green Dog Training. She took the time to talk to me about the issues and then set up a consultation. When I brought Renny to the consultation she was very scared but they were great with her. Kelly and Carl spent a considerable amount of time with her evaluation that day and determined that Renny could be helped. I enrolled Renny immediately for The 3 Week Board & Train program and I could not believe the transformation in her personality when I picked her up. It has been a year since Renny’s training and things are so much better for her and our family. She is much happier now and we are comfortably able to take her on car rides to places outside of the house. I have taken Renny back a few times over the past year for boarding and they offer a refresher training for her while she is there. I think this has been very beneficial because she responds to her commands perfect each time and has so much confidence now. The change has truly been a blessing for her and us! They even agreed to board my 12 year old jack Russell at the same time when we bring Renny to them for boarding. My Jack Russell is a bit of a handful but they always take great care of him. When I pick up the dogs they are happy, healthy and really clean (you should try having them bathe your dogs because they smell so good you won’t believe it). My dogs love staying at Green Dog and I highly recommend them for training and boarding.
