Grateful Dog has been wonderful for our dog. He has been training and hanging out with Caroline and Cassidy since he was a puppy, and he is much the better for the time spent with them. Since he has been spending time at Grateful Dog, his manners are better, his play is better, his demeanor is better, and his overall behavior is just, well, better. Plus he loves going there. When we get out of the car in the car park, he cannot wait to get inside to see everyone, both human and canine. And he is sure to come home happy and tired. Caroline and Cassidy and all the trainers there are kind yet firm and are clearly doing something right, as evidenced by the number of die-hard fans they have in both people and pups, and the absolute peak capacity that they seem to have all the time! If you have a dog that needs some help, or even if you are just looking for a place for your dog to hang out a couple of days a week, or if you want some dog training tips yourself, I highly recommend the Grateful Dog.

My dog is part of our family and I want the best for him. The staff at Greatful Dog are always great spirited and welcome my dog when he arrives for daycare 2x a week. We no longer need help with doggy daycare due to retiring, but he still goes to “school” as we call it, because he absolutely loves going there. So we send him there because he loves it there so much. And during drop off I see other dogs also very excited to go to “school”. It’s a great feeling to see the dogs so excited to go into GD. They have a great day laid out for the dogs; play, rest, training, lunch and constant monitoring of the dogs. My dog has become a better dog as a result of his attending GD. I would highly recommend Greatful Dog for daycare and training for all age dogs.

I've been taking my dog to Caroline at the Grateful Dog for over a year. The day care is great and our dog comes home tired and happy. The dogs play, learn, rest and get a lot of love and attention. On the mornings we tell our dog it's a day care day, she gets VERY excited and as we get closer to the building she almost can't contain herself! My dog has had several private training lessons with Caroline to work on the basics. I love the videos she sends me afterward so I can watch them over and over to see how I can continue the training at home. I've also had Caroline join me for walks to help me with my handling skills. As with the dogs, she is good at positive reinforcement! ; ) Finally, I use Caroline as a resource for all things dog related. Despite her very busy schedule, she is willing to chat, email or text and share her years of knowledge and experience with me.

I’ve had dogs for about 40 years and this is by far the best training and doggy daycare I’ve ever come across. Every dog is different and my current Covid rescue pup was timid and a bit insecure. Carolyn worked with him slowly with positive reinforcement and within a few sessions he was a completely different dog. Today he is confident and sweet and lives for the days he goes to doggy daycare at Grateful Dog. They love him as much as we do and Loki has a better social life than I do because of Carolyn, Cassidy and the team. They. Are. Amazing!

I call Grateful Dog the happiest place on earth for pups! My 2 year old golden girl has been enjoying 2 days a week for the last year and a half as well as my 6 month old golden who’s joined this February.. they are all too excited to get in the car when they know they are going to Grateful Dog... the caregivers are nothing short of wonderful!! They come home happy and exhausted from play and learning... thank you for all you do!!
