I can't say enough about Grateful Dog and the work that Caroline and her team do for the dog community. Like many, I got a Covid Puppy in April of 2020 at a time when no one was offering puppy classes and socializing my pup seemed impossible. This was our first dog and I was in over my head with a very high-energy puppy. Caroline was able to meet with us one-on-one and helped us learn how to understand the cues our dog was communicating to us and help positively reward her for better behavior. She was incredibly patient with me thru some stressful training sessions and helped me and my dog start to develop a trusting relationship. I'm not sure if we would have gotten thru the puppy phase without her! Caroline and the team at Grateful dog care deeply for the dogs and humans they work with. I feel lucky to have been able to work with them.

My dog, Jagger, attends The Grateful Dog 2 days a week. I see genuine LOVE for all dogs from everyone who works there. However, Jagger is the best and final judge. Does he want to go into the groomers ? NO. Does he want to go into the veterinarian’s office ? NO When we arrive at The Grateful Dog ... he can’t wait to go in, see his friends and receive the love and positive reinforcement he receives there. Susan Levitin, Manchester Vt

I recently completed several private lessons and a month of doggy daycare with Caroline and Cassidy at Grateful Dog and think that the program and trainers are excellent . Our big and enthusiastic chocolate lab puppy needed lots of work with socialization and basic commands. Grateful Dog handled him gently and firmly and the results have been all we could have asked for. I would recommend Grateful Dog without hesitation. Rick
