I am only reviewing general practice as we did not actually get to use the services. I booked a tricks class after emailing them a week prior to confirm we were a good fit. I paid and we made arrangements to attend them all. I even changed a flight and made special nanny arrangements to not miss them.
The day of the first class, a couple hours before, they called to tell me we were the only one registered and it would be canceled. I had the option to use it as two private sessions (we already have a private trainer) or for another month class, which doesn't work for me.
This is pretty annoying since we scheduled our day (and month) around this class. And I was never warned this could happen.

I cannot say enough good things about Good Dog STL. Every staff member is exceptional. I learned just as much if not more than my puppy. If you’re on the fence about training and Good Dog don’t be. It was an amazing experience.

I can't say enough good things about Good Dog. It ain't cheap but is definitely worth every single penny! Every single member of the staff is wonderful and cares deeply about the welfare of the dogs they train. Plus my dog loves them too!
