Hello Elia, Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify the circumstances of your visit. When you arrived, our trainer was actively handling a reactive dog during a scheduled appointment. As a PACFA-licensed facility regulated by the Colorado Department of Agriculture, staff must maintain continuous, direct supervision of dogs during handling and may not leave a session to assist visitors. For safety reasons, we do not provide walk-in assistance, and all inquiries are handled by appointment, phone, or email. Prior to your visit, we had been corresponding with you by email regarding your inquiry and were in the process of determining appropriate next steps. We understand that this may have been frustrating, but our staff member was following established safety procedures while working with a dog in their care. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to clarify any misunderstandings and answer your questions thoroughly.
