FirstBarkCarissa did an exceptional job with training me and my puppy Bubba. She's patient and breaks down training down where it's easy to follow. Now Bubba has been accepted into Service Dog training. Off to a new chapter of training. Thanks Carissa for a great experience!

Can you give me an idea about the cost of training? Also, when do the classes take place?
All classes are private classes which allows you to get customized classes tailered just to you and your dog. I believe they are $55 for a hour but you will have to call her to confirm price. She has a small place off of giant city Rd. I highly recommend her, we used her for 2 of our dogs with outstanding results.

Ollie graduated his puppy training school today! 🎉 We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Golden Standard Canine Training, LLC and the trainers! Both Carissa and Mary were absolute amazing to work with and learn from! Everything was broken down and then broken down some more! I couldn’t recommend Golden Standard enough for training your own pups! Prior to training- Ollie didn’t make it around the park, so one of my goals was to do just that! Not only did we successfully lap the park, but we also walked the strip in Carbondale! I’m so proud of Ollie and his progress! 💗 Thanks again to his wonderful trainers!

Carissa and Mary did an amazing job training our dog, Blue. We came to them with an energetic puppy who needed to learn boundaries and how to focus. He is a new dog after his training with Golden Standard Canine. While he is still a very energetic puppy, he now walks perfectly on a leash, follows commands, and is a gentleman with our two year old daughter. Carissa and Mary gave us the tools and skilled we needed to make a wonderfully trained adult dog one day. I looked forward to working with the again in the future.
We took our very anxious18 months old mini aussie for training. She can now walk on a leash without pulling, and exhibits good manners when we take her to public places. Very happy with the progress we have made!

The private lessons are awesome in regards to the fact that your pup is the sole focus and the training is adapted to them individually. My pup and I both learned a lot throughout the 6 weeks and I definitely recommend Golden Standard. Well worth the money and very affordable for the level of training and attention your pup will get. 10/10!
