Golden Compass Canine Training

Cannot recommend this wonderful group of people enough. They gave both us and our dog, Kai, the tools we needed for her to live her best life. A strong recall and a mastery of the place command have allowed us to set her up for success in all scenarios. We loved the team at Golden Compass so much that we also had our second dog trained through their program. They have been there for us every step of the way with our pups, and we couldn't have asked for better trainers.

You know the training is the best when your family has had 6 dogs go through Golden Compass Canine Training. Our dogs are all unique individuals who respond differently to training styles. The trainers at GCCT are not a one size fits all. They cater the training to your dogs specific needs and use techniques to make sure you and your dog both enjoy the process. The greatest part about the trainers is it is a lifetime relationship. We get follow up pack walks, training sessions and education that goes beyond training and into pet care as well. Highly recommend!

Not even sure where to start with these amazing trainers! Before my Aussie passed last year, they worked with me extensively on his reactivity, providing so much insight, care, and kind hearted feedback that helped us create a beautiful and lasting relationship built on trust, understanding, foundations, and fun! They were responsive, genuine, and honestly like a cheering support team for every win I had with him, while also being a source of support and guidance when we had steps back! When he passed unexpectedly last year, they were some of the first people I told, because of the relationships we had built through training, and because of their true love and support of my Cooper boy. Shelby in particular was one of his most favorite people! My new pup, Tallulah, and I have been involved with them since she was 3 months old through their puppy program, and now we are having a blast learning all there is to know about agility from Lauren! Wr have taken multiple classes and agility seminars, and each time we only get better and leaen so much! When I got Tallulah, there is no doubt in my mind who we were going to train through! These trainers are an amazing team, who give their all to you and your pup, while helping to highlight the importance on the relationship and connection with you and your dog. I'm also looking forward to using their services to find another pup to add to my pack as we continue on our agility journey, who will also be the perfect fit for my home.
