Very disappointed with them. They came so highly recommended by co-workers and friends. I sent them an email and registered an appointment on their website. The head trainer called and we spoke of a while a week before our first appointment. Seemed so promising. We confirmed the appointment twice. Took me an hour and half to get to their facility. When I arrived I was greeted by 2 junior trainers who both seemed confused on why I was there. I said I had an appointment with the head trainer Cortney. They both looked at eachother confused and said they had no appointments for that day. I said yes, I had one and showed them my confirmed appointment as well as said I had spoken with Cortney about my appointment. One of the junior trainers went inside for something, then came out and said Cortney was not in town. I was very confused as to why I had a confirmed appointment and was not called about a cancellation. They said that they called Cortney and said they could offer a reschedule or a free lesson with one of the juniors. I was already upset at this point, but since I drove this far I figured I would try training with one of the jr trainers. I was very upset with the lesson. They tried teaching my pup way too much in one lesson. He was clearly getting frustrated and upset. They didn’t try to listen to me. They fed him about a 4 in stack of salami which upset his stomach that night. And didn’t bother to offer him water when he was clearly hot in the sun and panting. What further upset me was that the owner/head trainer never bothered to reach out to me for an apology or anything. I am very unhappy with them and will be looking for a new trainer. From my experience, I cannot say I would recommend them to anyone.

Courtney is AWESOME. She is an expert in her craft. I told her what my family wanted in a dog and she not only trained the best dog ever in the companion/bite work package but helped me pick the dog that was best suited for my liking out of the litter. Communication during the 6 months was outstanding, giving us weekly updates/pictures/videos for 6 months. She trained a dog that bonded with me overnight. I recommend Global K9 to anyone looking for a highly trained/protection level dog. I am a Global K9 customer for life!

I took my Malinois puppy for training- 2 separate 2 week sessions. Few results. He had already mastered sit, shake and down before I took him. All he learned was “place” is n two weeks. The second two weeks was the on leash academy- zero results!!! He was great with them while there because they were throwing raw hamburger meat on the floor for him. I spent over $3k for nothing at all. During training I got no status updates and not one short video after I asked MULTIPLE times. In the video it was obvious they dot work with them the 8-10 times a day they say they do. Would never recommend them.

Global K9 has truly changed my view of my dog. When we began, I had a puppy that I was disappointed with. He was timid, unsocial, and even peed on my floor when being touched. It had gotten to the point that I was pretty sure his forever home would not be at my house! Through the training and expertise of Courtney Robbins, Huk evolved into the incredible dog he is today. He has the confidence that I had hoped for, the loving personality I wanted, and he’s evolving into the protector I desired. I’m not saying that Courtney can make your dog into something they’re not, but she has the ability to provide them and you with the tools that will help allow your dog to be the best version of themselves. She is not simply a trainer, but a mentor and someone who has a gift. This is a place that is an investment in your dog’s life and one that I will be forever grateful to have found!!
