I highly recommend! We decided to take our dog to Glass City K9 after the first program we took her to did not help. The trainers were extremely knowledgeable and were always able to help with new issues. This training program was very satisfying as we were able to notice an improvement in our dogs behavior after just one lesson. It was also beneficial because we were able to learn the skills necessary to correct behaviors and teach new behaviors while at home and maintain all of it. We did the six lesson option and believe it is 100% worth the cost!

We are super pleased with the training we received from, Glass City K9 in Findlay, Ohio. Colt our 8 month old German Shepherd was extremely hard to walk and take anywhere. He pulled so hard on the leash he drug my large husband down the sidewalk and across the yard. Not to mention jumping on me and our grandchildren. Our trainer Zac was amazing. He was very hands on, not just explaining, but actually showing us how to work with Colt. In three weeks he was a different dog and only improved from there! I highly recommend Glass City K9 and our trainer Zac. It was worth every penny!

This is the best dog training place! Nicole and Marissa helped us train Cole (Our 6 month old puppy) with ease. Absolutely appreciate everything this team does for the dogs! They truly care about both their canine clients and their human clients! Nicole has been our main trainer and she has not only helped cole learn all his training but has helped my boyfriend and I to correctly train cole! I would 100% recommend Glass City K9 for all training needs! Thank you guys for everything you’ve helped build Cole’s confidence, taught him impulse control, and helped us learn how to train Cole correctly!

We were very excited during our evaluation and opted to go with the board and train. Made deposit and even a little bit extra. We were scheduled out 4 months. No big deal. Then our luck change and our family income is currently cut in half. Not that I expected a full refund BUT we've given 3 months notice that we just financially cant go through with board and train at this time. My husband called to notify and was told no refunds. Was told trainer went over this during evaluation and in the contract. I took a look at the contract, only contract that was provided to us and it does not state anything about refund. Ok, I certainly would remember, as I have a fantastic memory, if the trainer reviewed with us if we were to cancel no refund. I know 100 percent it WAS NOT discussed with us. Yes, I'll take blame for not asking but also it should be discussed by the trainer automatically. Again, I'll take a little blame BUT also this day in age you should refund at least part of the down payment as tough times financially are ahead. Like what would happen if the pet had an accident? Oh sorry no refund? Yes by all means I wish we could go through with training our Dog BUT shelter and food for our kid and family is 1000 percent more critical to life. Just disappointed and don't recommend scheduling that far out or put deposit Dien for prediction of future!
