Marj loves and is amazing at what she does. The work she puts in is more than should be expected from a trainer. I was originally a part of her board-train service dog program, however after having my boy for about two months she expressed that she felt he would benefit from the owner-train program due to his bond with me. My boy love his Aunt Marj and gets so excited when he realizes we're going up to see her. I had to have surgery a few months ago and didn't have anyone who would've been able to help me take care of him for the time I would be incapacitated and Marj went out of her way to take care of him for me until I was able to come get him from her. She has exceeded any expectations I had going into the process of getting a service dog and I can't express enough how greatful I am for that.

We obtained a service dog through Glad Wags (Marj) last year to assist our 4 year old son who lives with Autism. Our dog has been exceptionally well trained and has become an integral part of our family, and on many occasions, our son's lifeline. For example, he just started in a new preschool class with new teachers and a different room, which is an overwhelming and scary situation for him. Without our dog, we would have not even been able to enter the building, let alone, make it to the classroom. The dog patiently waited with our son, whenever he needed to take a break and gather courage to continue. They both finally made it into the classroom and sat together until our boy was more comfortable. In addition to helping our son, the dog is invaluable to me, who also cares for another child. In the situation described above, I was able to take the boy's younger sister to her classroom and focus on her needs for a moment, without having to worry about him - because the dog was staying with him and making sure, that he wouldn't run off. If you have a child with special needs, I HIGHLY recommend Marj because of her vast experience in training dogs specifically for that age group.
