Sad. I truly wish our experience had been as pleasant as the other “reviews”. After weeks of being told we would be paired with a dog, it never happened. We had already signed a contract and put our deposit down. We were lied to multiple times. Our special needs child still asks why that lady never got her a dog. We never received a refund on our deposit either, even after we were told we would. I just want others to be fully aware of the whole picture and make sure you do your research before using Glad Wags.

I have been taking our stubborn mini schnauzer to Marj’s therapy dog training class for the past year. I know of no one who cares more about the well being of animals than Marj. She takes all the time needed to answer my questions be they related to discipline, health, or diet. She has given me a variety of recommendations specific to my dog. Every time we drive up to her suite for class, my dog scratches at the car door trying to get out before I can park. He loves Marj and her class. It’s the best day of his week.
