Full Circle Obedience

I've taken all my foster dogs and my own personal dog to Full Circle for training, both private and group classes. The teaching is to the point and easy to follow. I see differences, especially in my foster dogs- which come with their own issues and histories- very quickly. The owner is helpful and always willing to discuss specific issues on the phone with me when needed. She always remembers the dogs, which with so many clients, I think shows her dedication to each one. I recommend training at Full Circle to anyone with a dog. I've had multiple positive experiences.

This one star is not for her training ability by any means because unfortunately, we did not get that far. I dropped my 6 month old GSD off with her and was very hopeful and excited to see how he would be when i picked him up in 2 weeks. Within 24 hours of leaving him, i received a phone call from a lady (not the trainer) saying that she had my dog after catching him running down the street in the middle of the very busy OKC area that the trainers home is in. Time goes by and i still hadnt heard from her that my dog was missing. She did not call me about the incident. I had to call and confront her and ask her why my dog was not safe with her. Supposedly, she has a cleaning company that comes to clean up after the dogs and they had let him out of the gate while she was in the shower. Im not one to leave negative reviews but her reaction to the incident is my main issue. She did not seem bothered by this at all... she did not see how big of an issue it is that he got loose and was running around in such a busy part of the city. If you're considering her as a trainer, just know that she will leave your dog unattended in the back yard with people coming and going and he/she may get out. Im not sure why she didnt crate him if she had someone coming by -- she never answered that question. She made it seem more like an inconvenience and like my 6/mo old puppy was at fault for walking out an open gate. Just be aware.
