Full Circle Obedience

After weeks of struggling to find a trainer in OKC that would even respond, I finally had a clear and immediate response from Full Circle, so far we have had 1 private lesson and 2 puppy classes with our shelter rescue Lennon, we have found it to be very personal to his direct issues and needs! They provide not only have provided education towards his training but also tips on healthier and better options for training treats. We Can’t wait to continue his training!

Sydney has been an absolute blessing! We have come such a long way with our blind foster, “Daredevil,” and ourselves! Sydney has taught us how to be better people to our animals and how to communicate better with each other. She has given so much of her time and knowledge for free to the rescues that we work with. She is such a kind and giving human being. You can tell that her goal is to see all animals succeed and living their best lives! Highly recommend!!

My partner and I have been attending training classes with Sydney for our two foster pups, and we couldn't be more impressed! The dedication, time, and love she pours into each session is truly remarkable. Not only is she incredibly patient with our dogs, but she extends that same kindness to us as well. Thanks to her guidance, our fully blind boy is finally coming out of his shell and mastering the essentials of daily dog life. And our high-energy foster? Sydney has been a game-changer for her too! We wholeheartedly recommend Full Circle Obedience for anyone looking to strengthen their bond with their furry friends. Foster or not!

Very disappointed with our experience at full circle, we went through 2 classes, then got to canine good citizenship and one of our classes was cancelled due to weather then our test came the next week. I asked when last class was cancelled if she had any suggestions for us to work on since we developed some reactive barking after recent new seizure episode and never got a response back. Then when to class and we were told we could all come in when we were ready. ( me and two other classmates were sitting in the breezeway with our dogs). We came in and my dog barked when someone walked by, we corrected it. Then a few minutes later a dog jumps up on its owner and my dog catches it out of her peripheral vision and barks due to the sudden jumping of this other dog on its owner. This dog though didn’t get kicked out due to jumping up? Doesn’t make sense her dog would be disqualified too if we are going on the test starting when you walk in the door. ( which was never said) Sydney then comes to me and says your test technically started when you walked through the door ( so everyone’s test is a different time frame ect?)so I will help you take her through the class? Like I couldn’t walk my own dog through the class that she’s walks through all the time. Awhile my dog is looking back at me walking behind her confused and she is just pulling her not even trying to talk to her or anything as she has demonstrated this whole time in class? Then precedes to tell me outside the building that I need to look into putting her on medication….and she has a reactive dog class in July if I wanted to look at that and just dismissed us. We basically were literally kick out semi nicely. Mind you class/test nothing had started the whole class wasn’t even there yet the last person was walking through the door as she was escorting my dog out side. No retest no refund…nothing. Mind you also missing a class that was cancelled due to weather and no response on what she suggested us to work on since it was cancelled. I was very shock by this behavior and the way I was made feel as well as my dog today. I have already spoke with other trainers and was told they have never had a dog that didn’t retake after a little more work with trainer as this is what you paid for or passed the first time. To just be dismissed was crazy and one of the ones I spoke with was an evaluator as well for AKC. I think to just dismiss my dog and not finish isn’t right, and to just be like oh you could enroll in another class of mine in July. With no classes or directions in the mean time but medication. Also due to medical coming up she should have a rescheduled the missed class, at least for the ones that wanted to make up the class as well as helped work with her regression due to the unexpected change. She’s a fast learning and she knows this and with a experienced trainer could have worked and extra week or two and then let her test and probably would have been fine. But to just dismiss us and make us feel like she didn’t care and hopeless isn’t the experience you want from your trusted trainer that they are compassionate and know what they are doing. Glad I make a few calls to know this isn’t normal to do. I also asked before enrolling her in CGC if she thought she was ready and she said yes. I will updated this post if she does something to correct this.
