I have been raising dogs since I was a little boy & over the last years 50+ years, have developed the gift of being able to understand them, their body language, and in essence, the ability to communicate with them on some level. After I retired, I decided to put my "gifts" and abilities to formal use and after a year of studies and exams with Animal Behavior College, I became a certified dog trainer. Using non-aversive positive reinforcement, I teach dogs basic behaviors such as sit, stay, come, down, etc. and help dogs with undesirable behaviors learn alternate more rewarding acceptable behaviors. In addition, my specialty is working with fearful dogs and dogs with aggression issues, with numerous hours of experience in doing so.

Freddie is a magician! The time he spent with my dog Sadie and me was both informative and productive. His expertise is unmatched and his communication with human and dog is remarkable! I have seen immediate results in Sadie’s behavior…and look forward to continuing with Freddie’s 4 week training plan.
He was super informative and kind, he help us with our 1 yr old mastiff and helped us with command words, training going forward, and just noticing our dogs behavior. He would be someone I’d recommend to others.

Freddie B has rescued me twice now. He came over yesterday to assess my sweet pup .Pistachio who is a very scared and anxious Shep/Husky. Freddie B spent time with him, talking gently, sitting and petting him to ease his fear and Stash relaxed a little at a time. Stash is fun, loving and a goofy dork with me. He follows me everywhere but the minute he sees anyone unless it's my 2 young Great granddaughters he stops what he is doing and runs to his safe place. Freddie is helping me learn how to get him more acclimated to the people around us and in public. He showed me how to teach him to sit, and walk on a leash and we are working on that. I would recommend Freddie B's Dog teaching to anyone who has a pup who needs help. He is kind, gentle and knows everything about dogs. He takes the time to get to know your pup and is invaluable in giving you the tools to help your pup have the best life possible.
