Foley's Dog Training

I took E's Intro to Rally class with my pit bull, who can be a little reactive to other dogs (staring if they get too close). E was understanding and made us feel welcome and not embarrassed, and she can set up her classroom accordingly if you need a bit more space than others. Her teaching style is laid back yet informative. She doesn't point out mistakes or make you feel silly for an incorrect maneuver. If you ask for pointers, she troubleshoots with more than one suggestion on how to approach the issue. I have sent several clients her way and they rave about her teaching style, too. She is an excellent, compassionate instructor who cares about both the dogs and the people. I'd give more stars if I could!

Ms. Foley has been tremendously helpful and knowledgeable in advising me on my dog adoption process. As a first time dog adopter, it’s very difficult to know which breeders are ethical and legitimate and she has been extremely helpful in answering questions, guiding me through the process, and even suggesting various breeders and dog shows. I highly recommend her for any of your dog training or consultation needs!! Clearly, she’s an expert. Thank you!

Greyhounds aren't typically associated with agility, especially an older and very big greyhound, but E had Stavros going through the tunnel and up and over the A-frame in no time. While my boy won't be competing any time soon, his couple of lessons with E really helped his confidence and our bond (he was newly retired when we took classes with E). Stavros was always SO excited to be at E's place for his lessons even though he pooped out early almost every time, lol. E is very good about tailoring lessons to each dog and their person. I highly recommend, even if it's just for confidence building. E also has a great sense of humor and is really fun to work with.
