FirstBarkCheryl came to help with our 2 dachshunds and after the 1st visit they are almost different puppies! There barking at passersby is cured and it just takes a gesture to get them to stop or even a word! Fantastic and only after 1 session!

I did not have a good experience but I will say it was mostly personality differences between the trainer and myself. The overall anxiety and stress that caused did affect the dogs ability in the training. My biggest issues is that she seems to think all dogs she trains are the same. I have one with focal seizures and medical issues that she just wouldn’t listen or ignored my concerns. She also wanted to give me medical and nutritional advice on my dogs which was contradictory of what my pups medical team was advising and clearly Cheryl has no medical license or background and she’s advising from previous experience only with other dogs or what she sees online. There were times her advice on the heart worm medication and food I was giving my dogs under licensed medical and specialized nutritionist was totally incorrect. And she did argue with me all the time about it. It was frustrating at best. She also does not give refunds on packages so be aware packages are not refundable in any way. I paid for two packages. One for each dog.
