FitHound Puppy & Dog Training

When we adopted our rescue dog, training was required. I quickly found Fit Hound and my neighbor also recommended them. From the minute I emailed Cari, she was beyond helpful. She took her time and walked me through the early stages of what to expect with a new rescue dog until classes began. She reached out on her own to check in several times. Cari is very knowledgeable and uses positive dog training. Our rescue dog responded really quickly to her methods. We discovered that our dog needed specific attention and Cari was straightforward with her recommendations and what our next steps should be. Having Cari to call, email, and chat with about any questions was a huge relief. I will absolutely use Fit Hound again in the future.

We have a wonderful, almost one year old Sheltie named Winston. It was quite obvious that I had little/no control over Winston. As cute as he was, he was quite undisciplined. That all changed when we found Cari. Cari is simply THE BEST!! Winston and I have spent many long walks together learning the strategies Cari taught us. Neighbors and friends are amazed at the difference in Winston's behavior since Cari came into our lives.

We got our first Frenchie in 2016 and she was a wild crazy spirit. With her being our first dog I really wanted help with training and socialization. we took her to FitHound for puppy kindergarten and level 1 manners she loved and we loved the results so much. We weren’t into the more aggressive styles of training and didn’t want to do shock collars and were thankful to find Cari. We loved the training so much that when we got our second dog this summer we signed up for puppy kindergarten right away! He just completed level 2 manners and we are looking forward to doing more training in the future!
