FirstBarkWas looking over reviews for this company as i have called in the past about questions related to my puppy at the time, i am appalled at the owners response to people. Truly disgusting to see someone talk to paying customers in such a manner.

We absolutely LOVE Bruce and all of the staff at First Friends. Forever grateful for the classes our girl Indy has taken there. She is our sweet girl because we invested in training here. We are better dog owners for going to First friends!

I was really looking forward to attending the puppy kindergarten class, but I couldn’t attend because my mom had a stroke and had so much going on. The company initially seemed very understanding and assured me a refund would be issued, but it’s been a month and I still haven’t received it. I’ve called and emailed several times and keep getting reassured it’s being handled, yet nothing has been done. I’m disappointed by how this has been handled and expected much better communication and follow-through.
Top notch experience each time we have brought a dog to First Friends K9. I am often complimented on how well my dogs behave. A well trained dog is a happy dog. This is thanks to First Friend K9, and the training they have provided for our dogs. We love FFK9 and will absolutely return in the future. Thank you, Bruce. 🙏🏻
